If you qualify for Saskatchewan Express Entry or Occupation-in-Demand categories AND If you or your spouse have a close family relative who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident living in Saskatchewan, you get 20 additional points toward your application under the SINP International Skilled Worker category.Close family relatives include parents and grandparents, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, and cousins, plus step-family members and in-laws of the same type.

Manitoba
All applicants for Manitoba’s Skilled Worker Overseas programme must show a strong connection to Manitoba. If you have a close family relative or friend who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident living in Manitoba, you may be able to show that strong connection and earn additional points toward nomination by Manitoba.
